Great place to get an oil change I’ve had zero problems with them and they always give me a good deal!

My vehicles’s transmission and clutch got worn out. They offered me a better quote in terms of cost than other transmission service place in Olathe and option to do financing as I told I am a college student.

I am a young college student, paying for school and pretty dependent on my car to commute to classes, so finding out I had to replace my transmission was a HUGE stress. Not only did my car get repaired in a timely manner but they made It affordable for me to do on my own. They worked with me to get me set up for differed payments so I have a whole year to pay for the work, and they even got me set up for a rebate of $200. Being a young woman I am always so skeptical of mechanics and the stereotype that comes to mind, but I have to say that I felt very taken care of. Everything was explained to me and my car is running better than it has in years. Thank you to all at the shop for making me feel like a priority (and for letting me play with your dog in the lobby).

A mechanic friend of mine recommended Jeff at Aamco when I needed some work done. They replaced both front wheel bearings for me for only $25 more than another place wanted to do only one! A great value and Jeff is a straight shooter. He's not trying to sell you services you don't need. I will be back for sure! A good, honest mechanic is hard to find so hold on to this one!!
Jeff and his team are fair and honest. Their policy is that that if the customer is treated the right way, s/he will remember, appreciate, and become a loyal customer...I have! I first brought my car to their shop early 2013 and since then I go to them first and am no longer spending hundreds or thousands at dealerships.
This Aamco team will respect you as a customer and work within your budget. I cannot say enough about these guys!!!
Get more for your money than at a dealership, be treated like a person (not just a checkbook), and have a voice in your car repair....go talk to Jeff!!!
I'll tell you what...Jeff and his crew are life savers! After previously taking my 2006 Chevy Avalanche to a neighboring "over priced" car shop; this neighboring place totally misdiagnosed my issues and cost me over 1,000 dollars...to not even fix the problem. Within minutes of talking to Jeff at AAMCO; he knew exactly what the issue was; is currently rebuilding my transmission; and will get me back on the road in less then 48 hours! This place is exactly what we need-

I am going to do service, even though I haven't gotten it yet, I can say... I went in to ask about service on my car. Jeff Luoma gave me some great information, much more then other places that will remain nameless. Jeff then told me that he could do it, but for around the same price as the other guy. So Jeff told me to ask if they would except outside parts and if they would put it on at a reduced price. I did this and the other guys said, "No". I had to use their parts. I thanked Jeff for his help, that's when he told me that if I paid for the parts (which are at his reduced price through the outside vendor) he would do the labor. Instead of paying $400 or more from somewhere else it will be WAY less for Jeff to do it. They are honest and obviously good guys to help someone who really needs it. I will go to Aamco for all my car problems now! And will refer them to anyone!!
this place is great. they fix all car issues, not just transmissions. The prices are very fair and the quality of work is outstanding. The managers are extremely nice and very good, honest people. This is the kind of auto repair place everyone hopes to find. They have done work on both mine and my wife's car and I will never use anyone else but them for all my auto care. This is a wonderful store.
I called in a emergency with a unexpected transmission failure, I'm a professional driver, no wheels = no money, not only did they get my truck in immediately they stayed late and came in early to get me back on the road, customer service was outstanding, helping me get to and from a hotel, making sure as a out of town person I had all I needed, the work was done quickly with quality care and prices! I would recommend this business to anyone, especially other professional drivers!
What a great place to have ur car serviced. The GM, James is a knowledgable industry veteran and has a great can do spirit. Locals should see him for all transmission needs. This place is friendly and worth the drive. There is only five STARS, because there aren't six. Great place awesome service.

Was dealing with a transmission fluid leak on my 2002 Lexus IS300. My mechanic referred me to a transmission shop that did not want to work on it. Said car was too old. What??? So I contacted another popular chain transmission shop. Same story. Then an ex- coworker recommended AAMCO in Olathe as he had a great experience when he was dealing with a transmission issue. So I contacted John at AAMCO in Olathe and he never hesitated about working on my transmission….diagnosed it as leaky seal or gasket. Made the repair with a quick turnaround and no more leaks. Very satisfied. John was great to work with. Would highly recommend
I call AAMCO Transmission and they were very helpful and told me that they can do the job for me so I let them come and get my truck they worked on my Brother Truck and he said that we're good his transmission runs Great
Was told repair would take about 2 weeks, instead was 6 months. Will have to put some miles on my 63 Tbird to see how they did. They were very polite and I tried to be understanding.
